Psychosynthesis Counselling could be described as an eclectic mix of classical, existential and transpersonal psychology in its intent to map the full spectrum of human experience.
We honour the uniqueness of the individual and their life's journey - taking account of the whole person - mind, feelings, body & spirit.
Our job is to help you transform the way you live your life exploring you difficulties experienced in life. These obstacles are regarded as the symptoms through which your sense of direction and purpose are trying to emerge.
In other words, We encourage you to look at your difficulties from another level, with greater compassion, connecting with your own potential for self-healing - and ultimately freeing yourself from the past to live more meaningful, enriching and soulful lives.
Psychosynthesis Counselling & Coaching was founded in 2003 and is devoted to expats, spouses and students in need of an English speaking Counsellor
After living in the UK myself , and being an expat as well, it became clear to me that ex-pats, spouses, students and everybody benefit from counselling services in their native language while working with counsellors who understand their culture.
Living Abroad can be rewarding and challenging at the same time. When things get tough it is important to find the mental health care you need. This is why Psychosynthesis Counselling aims to improve the accessibility to professional Counselling services.
My name is Conchita. I am a Professional Counsellor who specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy & have been serving in the profession for the last 20 years.
